The Bourbon Affair creates our own custom whiskey

Owners Angie, Dave, Ryan, and Staci had the great fortune to visit the Makers Mark Distillery in Kentucky to create a custom bourbon for The Bourbon Affair. Working with master distillers, they found the perfect combinations of staves (strips of different woods suspended in the barrel which give bourbon its flavor)  to create a unique blend representative of our bar. The bourbon won’t be properly aged, bottled and ready for drinking until late May so keep your eyes peeled for more information.
